My stay at this hotel was quite frustrating. The service was lacking since no one at the reception could speak English, which led to a long wait before we received our room key despite having a reservation. The room itself was dirty and uncomfortable, which really dampened my experience. On a positive note, there were some decent Thai restaurants nearby that we enjoyed, but overall, this hotel left much to be desired.
